Terms of Service
These Terms of Service form a legally binding contract between Melbourne Muscle Health & Fitness and you. These terms are accepted by you when goods are purchased from us.
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions under which the website and goods are provided. Any change to these terms and conditions are applicable to all new orders once included in the text of these terms and conditions and published on the website.
Placing an order
Find desired products on Melbourne Muscle website
- Select item you require and press “Add to Cart”
- Once all items required are in cart, select checkout option
- You will be asked to input your shipping and billing information
- Review your order to ensure all items and details are correct
- Press Place Order
- You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided at time of order.
- If Melbourne Muscle Health & Fitness cannot fulfill your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when placing the order to explain the issue.
1.1 Melbourne Muscle reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment on all orders on the Melbourne Muscle website. We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons without liability.
- Your billing information is not verifiable or correct
- The product is not available / in stock
- Fraudulent activity is suspected.
- The address provided cannot be delivered too.
- Force Majeure
- Item on website is incorrectly priced or described.
1.2 Data Check
Melbourne Muscle reserved the right to check on the details provided before we ship your order. This may include but is not subject to; verifying your payment details and address linked to the order. Should fraudulent pretences be found, Melbourne Muscle Health & Fitness reserved the right to follow up with an investigation.
2.1 Price Changes
Melbourne Muscle reserved the right to change the price of any product listed on the Melbourne Muscle Website. Any orders placed before the price change cannot be amended to the revised price.
3.1. Shipping & Delivery
All orders made on the Melbourne Muscle website are dispatched from Melbourne Australia. We endeavour to process orders within 3 business days of the order; however, this may not be always possible due to unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 Tracking
On applicable orders, Tracking numbers will be provided in dispatch confirmation emails. Your tracking information can take up to 24 hours to update. If your tracking has not updated 24 hours after dispatch, please contact us at info@melbournemusclegym.com.au
4.1 Gift Cards
Melbourne Muscle Merch reserves the right to refuse or cancel a gift card without further discussion.
After a Gift card is purchased it becomes the customers property and it non-refundable.
Gift cards are valid for 12 months and are not limited to one transaction. Melbourne Muscle gift cards are only valid on the Melbourne Muscle online store and cannot be used for Gym membership purposes.
If a refund is issued for an order paid with a Gift Card, the funds will go to the original gift card.
4.2 Discount Codes
One discount code can be used per order.
Melbourne Muscle reserves the right to cancel or refuse any discount code without any further discussion.
